What is happiness? To some it’s moments, to others it’s supposed to be continuous and to others, it will happen when they retire.
Happiness is simply, it’s a choice. You can be happy in the worst of time and feel the saddest at the happiest time. But whether you’re happy or not, guess what it’s up to you.
There are 3 simply habits that would make you feel happier.
- When you open your eyes say “Thank you for another day in this wonderful world.”
- Spend at least 5 minutes in silence. Close your eyes breathe slowly and clear your mind.
- Expect great things to happen, feel excited about what awaits you. Expect to meet that special someone or get that opportunity that will open doors for you.
